Perched above Lufkin Point overlooking the Essex River, this project transformed the existing the house into a contemporary year-round retreat. Developed on the same footprint as the original home, the home has 100’ of frontage and a private tidal dock, along with a flexible floor plan and open-concept design that provide abundant natural light and a comfortable and calm oasis for its homeowners. With two bedrooms, one-and-a-half baths and a third floor loft that has access to the green roof, this cozy vacation home is nestled into its surroundings.
